Met onze twee ruimtes, Shiva en Shakti, creëren we een sfeer waarin je je ontspannen voelt, contact kunt maken met jezelf en je geest. “I have been a part of Hatha yoga , Pranayam and Iyengar yoga sessions at Shiva yoga center. Calmness, relaxation and positive energy is what I experience at the end of every session. What makes Shiva yoga center different from other yoga centers is the personal attention that the teachers provide. Sunday yoga with Raji is that special time in my week when I exclusively focus on my mind and body. What I love about her class is how she slowly helps you bring more flexibility in parts of your body you otherwise don't use much, and at the same time gently gets you go a step further. Her explanation of every pose helps me enjoy the class and experience the benefits of yoga.
