Class Specialty: Parent & Child Yoga is for children from 0 to 4 years. Basically yoga for children is the same as yoga for adults. The difference lies in the approach. It is a combination of yoga and play where pleasure is paramount. There is a lot of reference to the animal world and use is made of yoga games, stories and songs.
In this way young children and their parents enjoy the positive effects of touch, movement, rhythm and relaxation. By combining the various components, the senses are stimulated and body awareness is increased. Parent & Child Yoga is a great way to discover and relax together and to have fun at the same time.

I am a certified yoga teacher since 2003 (Vivekananda Yoga Therapy University), participated in countless workshops and training programs all over the world throughout the past 15 years, including the Yin/Yang Yoga teacher training from the pioneers of Yin Yang yoga, Paul & Suzee Grilley and Sarah Powers. I love this yogastyle because it focuses not only on the alignment but also on the heart which allows you to bring the practice into your daily life.
Class speciality: Flowing with Grace In Anusara Yoga we work with a theme and the Five Universal Principles of Alignment. We start with an introduction of the theme, a centering and we chant the Anusara Invocation. The class has a slow flow. The asanas and pace of the class are related to the theme. We tend to hold the poses a bit longer. Oftentimes we work towards a peakpose.
